★ Mountain Driveway ★
Our private cabin retreat features a gravel driveway, typical for Sevierville vacation rentals. It may feel narrow if you’re not used to mountain roads. Large trucks and SUVs are welcome, but please use extra care. We do not recommend lowered sports cars or trailers. 4WD or AWD is required during winter months (December–March) for your safety.
★HVAC Unit ★
-We ask that you do not set the A/C unit below 65 degrees or above 75 degrees for heat. This can send the unit into an error and then require an emergency service visit resulting in a fee passed onto the guest.

• All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are welcome)
• Maximum of 4 guests
• No pets allowed

We love refreshing the look of Serenity Ridge! The décor in photos may occasionally change with the seasons. Any food shown is for staging purposes only.
★ Nature Immersion & Wildlife Awareness ★
Serenity Ridge offers a true nature getaway in the Smoky Mountains. While we have a monthly preventative program to keep insects at bay, being surrounded by nature means you might occasionally see native wildlife or insects—this is part of the authentic mountain experience! Please keep doors closed to help us maintain a peaceful, pest-free environment. Wildlife, including birds and sometimes bears, are part of our beautiful setting; please admire them from a distance and never feed or approach animals. (Refunds or discounts cannot be provided for occasional insect sightings.)
