Take a ride down a country road and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Bella Vista, Ca. Nestled only 10 minutes to Bethel Church, 20 minutes from boating at Lake Shasta, 30 minutes to the beautiful trail to Burney Water Falls and 50 minutes to Skiing in Mt Shasta, this 5 acre property offers a place to unplug from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the country side. Expect to see cattle, deer, turkey and other beautiful animals, as this property has amazing views of the rolling hills of our valley.

The space
Two bedrooms with a Queen size bed in each room, and a couch with a queen pull out. A fully stocked Kitchen with anything needed with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dinning table as well as bar seating. Livingroom has 2 couches and a 85" TV. There's a small office perfect for reading or working, with WIFI in home. A blow up mattress in the office can add an extra room if needed.
