- No Pets or Service Animals Allowed:
While we respect Airbnb’s policies, our condominium strictly prohibits all animals—including service animals and emotional support animals—as per building regulations enforced by property management. We appreciate your understanding.
- No Parties or Unauthorized Visitors:
Please refrain from hosting parties or inviting unregistered guests. Only confirmed guests are allowed inside the unit.
- Non-Smoking Unit:
Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly not allowed inside the unit or balcony.
- No Hanging Clothes on Balcony:
To maintain the building's aesthetics, please do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony.
- Proper Toilet Use:
Do not flush tissue paper, food, or any foreign objects into the toilet.
