This home is in a quiet area.
Our house is in a very quiet street opposite national park and with the beach just 100m away. The house has all bells & whistles such of high speed WiFi, Sonos sound system throughout, sauna & ice bath, smart TVs, espresso coffee machine, pizza oven and lots more. Or maybe you'd just prefer to siesta in the hammock. Beautiful gardens to maintain privacy. A Japanese inspired listening room with vinyl collection. Fully equipped office for those who need to do some work in between surfs.

Swan Lake (2 mins) is popular for water skiing / wake boarding. There is also a good General Store that does breakfast & lunch. And van selling excellent poke bowls.
Sussex Inlet (5 mins) is good for boating, fishing and all your shopping needs. There is a Shopping Centre, Cinema, Pub, RSL & Bowling clubs, and Golf Course. The beach here is patrolled during summer. There are tennis courts and an indoor heated pool.
Jervis Bay (30mins) offers whale watching charters, excellent scuba diving and more beautiful beaches.
Milton (30mins) is good for restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Ulladulla (35mins) has fish markets and all the convenience of a regional centre.
Berry (45mins) is good for cafes, restaurants and shopping, a perfect pit-stop on the journey from Sydney.
Kangaroo Valley (1hr) a nice alternate route through the Southern Highlands back to Sydney or Canberra.
