Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Seren Bach is our family holiday home on the peaceful and secluded Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park, in Snowdonia National Park. It has many walks and waterfalls just minutes from your doorstep, as well as access onto footpaths for the wider mountain landscape.
Situated perfectly for those wanting to climb Snowdon and surrounding mountains in the National Park.
We look forward to welcoming you at Seren Bach, a very special place, we hope you love it and feel as peaceful here as we do.

The space
Seren Bach is a really comfortable home from home that has been decorated and kitted out to make the guests stay as peaceful and relaxed as possible. We have updated it a lot since taking it over in April 2022.

The caravan has two bedrooms; a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, over bed storage and TV with Fire stick and a twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage over bed and a TV with Firestick . Both bedrooms have black out curtains and over bed lights to enjoy a night time read.

The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and sink with storage for your toiletries etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay like home from home.

The living room/dining area has plenty of seating for a family of four with a Smart TV, DVD player (some DVds are there for you to enjoy) Gas fire or a thermostatic controlled oil radiator if you’d rather not use the gas fire with small children or animals.

Seren Bach is in a lovely location overlooking The Green where children can play out and still be seen. You will find garden furniture on the decked area for relaxing and dining ‘al fresco’ as well as a patio heater for those cooler evenings. Further seating, swinging egg chair can be found on the lower garden for you to enjoy.

We are so lucky with the position of the caravan, it gets sunshine and shade at all times of the day. Just move yourself around to the various areas available to get the sun or shade that you want.

The park at AberduNant is dog friendly and we are happy to welcome two small or one larger well behaved dog in the caravan as long as they are not left unattended at any time day or night in the Caravan. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst around the public areas of the park, however walk a few minutes to the waterfall and woodlands beyond and dogs can enjoy running free. As well as beautiful surroundings, woodland walks, waterfalls, streams and mountains to explore there is a children’s play area within the grounds of the Park.

There is a lovely restaurant at The Hotel, where residents staying are welcome to dine, an outside terrace greets you with patio heaters where you can enjoy an evening drink or two, or sit with a morning coffee enjoying the mountains in the distance.

Aberdunant has EV charging points which are a few metres away from Seren Bach for you to charge your cars, please do not use electric from the Caravan itself.

Guest access
Guests will be given arrival and key details a few weeks prior to their stay so they know what to expect.

Other things to note
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravan at any time please.

The site itself is responsible for the WiFi, not us as owners, so unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any times when it is not available due to planned work etc . We will, of course, make you aware of any planned outages for WiFi etc.

Please use the EV charging points a few metres from Seren Bach and NOT our electricity from the caravan. Meter readings are taken before and after your stay and any excessive usage which suggests this will be claimed for im afraid.

Please note that Seren Bach is our Family holiday home and we would really value you taking care of it and being familiar with the details in the information pack during your stay please.
