The space
The house is on the ground floor inside a very quiet residential condominium. It has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa that also becomes a bed. The third person who can be hosted is a child since the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable for an additional adult.

Large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a workspace. Perfect for those who work remotely and prefer a dedicated work area, with fast Wi-Fi.

Washer for free. All fees are included in the price. In case of change of sheets, the cost is €20, for towel change €15. It is forbidden to wash the sheets on your own to avoid the risk of breaking the linens.

Guest access
Full house available. Getting around to the apartment or downtown is very easy. The bus stop is right in front of the house and in about 20 minutes you can reach Santa Maria Novella station. On foot in about 5 minutes you are in the center of the city.
If you arrive by car, you can park in parking spaces marked with blue lines. The cost is about 2/3 euros per hour while the daily is about €20. You can easily pay with the Easy Park app and there are several paid parking lots around the apartment.
