The space
The house is on the ground floor in a very quiet residential condominium. It has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa that also becomes a bed. The third person who can be accommodated must be a child as the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable for an additional adult.

Bathroom: toilet with hand-held bidet sprayer and shower.

Large bedroom with double bed and work area. Perfect for remote workers or those who prefer a dedicated area.
The washing machine can be used free of charge. All expenses are included in the price. In case of a change of sheets, the cost is €20, for a change of towels €15. It is forbidden to wash the sheets independently to avoid the risk of damaging the linen.

Guest access
Entire house available. Getting to the apartment or downtown is very simple. The bus stop is right in front of the house and in about 20 minutes you reach Santa Maria Novella station. On foot, on the other hand, in about 5 minutes you are in the city center.
If you arrive by car, you can park in parking spaces marked with blue lines. The fee is about 2/3 euros per hour while the daily fee is about €20. You can easily pay with the Easy Park app and there are several paid parking lots around the apartment.

Early check-in and late check-out are available FREE OF CHARGE.
