This is an accommodation for 2 people only. For safety and to maintain a comfortable environment, it is not possible to add more people. If it is confirmed that an outsider has entered or used the facilities of the property without prior consultation, an additional fee of 40,000 won per person will be charged.

Due to the safety of the loft structure, it is not available for infants and children guests. Thank you for your understanding.

We will provide you with the number key password at 3 pm on the day of check-in via self check-in.

The indoor temperature is controlled by the air conditioner. Please note that there is no boiler or floor heating when making a reservation.

We use a 150-liter storage water heater. Please note that if you fill the bathtub with water and use it, it will take time to reheat.

No smoking indoors and on the outdoor deck. If you smoke indoors, you will be charged a special cleaning fee and damages due to the inconvenience of the next guest.

You can watch Netflix, Wave, Tving, Disney Plus, and YouTube on the TV.
Terrestrial broadcasts are not available. You can replay the program you want with Wave.

Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you used.

The barbecue grill and fire pit are self-service.
You must bring butane gas to use the torch, charcoal for the barbecue, and firewood for the campfire. One round grill net for barbecue is provided per night. The outdoor deck storage box contains 2 camping chairs, a folding table, a torch, a lighter, and gloves.
Important * It is difficult to use the barbecue grill and outdoor fire pit on rainy or strong winds.

Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please be aware that loud music from speakers at late hours disturbs the neighbors.
