This rare, vintage "Concept 21" fiberglass house, built in 1976, was completely overhauled to reveal and enhance its original mid-century vibe. Featuring expansive windows to bring the beautiful lake views inside, you'll feel transported to a new and special place - rain or shine. Neighborhood highlights

While some lake homes in our area are tucked away along twisty dirt roads way back in the sticks, ours is super-easy to navigate to. Just turn off the main highway onto our well-paved, level road and drive about a mile. You cannot miss the house as you pull up. You'll see other nice homes all along the road, and a few walkers and bikers along the lazy street on sunny days. It's a quiet, sweet neighborhood. We're about 20 minutes from most Shell Knob shopping amenities, but if you're arriving from the north (Hwy 44), you'll be driving right through town on your way to the house and can snag all that you'll need on your way here.
