Secret Paradise is a special retreat in a small village on the hill behind the popular Hiriketiya Beach. Surrounded by lush nature, the property is a green paradise for relaxation and mindful time-outs.

The two lovingly designed houses are located in a quiet oasis. From the rooms you can enjoy the sunrise over the Indian Ocean.

Breakfast at the local café makes Secret Paradise an ideal place for relaxation, tranquility and closeness to nature.

The space
Secret Paradise is quietly located on the right hill above Hiriketiya Beach in the Nilwella district. Surrounded by palm trees, a beautiful, direct view of the Indian Ocean opens up. From the room you will experience the sunrise over the sea every morning – a special highlight for early risers and nature lovers.

The complex consists of two houses with a total of three airy, simply designed rooms that are harmoniously embedded in the tropical environment. All rooms convey a relaxed living feeling and offer peace, comfort and privacy. Each room has a private bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a double bed. A small refrigerator is also available in the room. This room has a fan. The open bathroom window (with mosquito netting) creates a pleasant room climate.

The balcony is particularly inviting, inviting you to linger and offers the gentle sounds of nature in the surroundings in addition to the fantastic view.

Right next to the property is our newly opened café/restaurant, where you can conveniently have breakfast in the morning. (Partially closed during the off-season.) From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset – the perfect place to end the day in a relaxed way.

The complex also includes a small gym corner for light training as well as a refreshing outdoor shower, ideal after the beach or sports activities.

Secret Paradise is ideal for guests who appreciate nature, views and a quiet atmosphere, yet want to reach Hiriketiya and the surrounding beaches in just about 5 minutes by scooter or tuk-tuk.

In Secret Paradise we are fortunate to meet many wild animals. There are lots of peacocks and lizards. The monkeys can be seen in the surrounding trees and all kinds of birds can be observed. The neighborhood has local charm.
Besides swimming, walking, surfing (great for beginners as well as advanced), yoga and good food, there are several things to do in and around Hiriketiya. We are happy to share our secret spots with you.
