An oasis of cool calmness awaits you at our beautiful oceanfront villa, boasting breath-taking ocean views and picturesque sunsets from the master bedroom balcony or private deck. A few steps will take you to the equally stunning sandy beach and infinity pool.
The space
Sea View is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom semi-detached townhouse. The rental is for the entire house which comprises:
• Entrance hall and WC
• Master Bedroom: King bed, walk out balcony (ocean view), A/C, en-suite bathroom
• Front Bedroom: Queen bed, walk out balcony (street view), A/C
• Family bathroom with walk-in rain shower
• Open plan living/dining area with cable SMART TV
• Kitchen complete with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier
• French doors to a large ocean front private deck and garden
A/C is available in both bedrooms and the open plan living area. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
WiFi (highspeed) is available throughout the property and the password will be provided upon arrival.
Guest access
Rental is the whole house, private deck and garden. Guests can enjoy free access to LBCC shared facilities, which in include a large infinity pool overlooking a private sand beach and bay, sunbeds, tables and chairs and tennis and basketball courts. There is also a small convenience store on site for any essentials you might need.
Other things to note
LBCC has 24 hour gated security with guards patrolling the street and along the cliff top.

Negril’s famous Seven Mile Beach is just a short drive from LBCC where you can find a number of water sports facilities. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and cafes along the beach and Norman Manley Boulevard (Sea View recommends the Italian Café, Miss Lily’s and Matthew’s).
There are more restaurants and bars located in the West End, approximately a 30-minute drive from LBCC (Sea View recommends Ivan’s, Push Cart and Tensing Pen). You will also find the world-famous Rick’s Café in the West End, where you can enjoy live music, great food and drinks and cliff-jumping if you dare!
The centre of Negril is a 20-minute drive from the property, and here you can find grocery stores, fast-food outlets (Sea View recommends Corner Bar), and the Negril Craft Market.

It was my dream to have a house on the cliffs by the ocean, I now have the best view in the world! Myself and my two grown up children love Negril, we have lots of lovely friends there, we scuba dive and help with the coral reef regeneration scheme.
