This modern, light & spacious three bedroom townhouse is the perfect coastal retreat for families, friends or couples. Located only a short walk to Jan Juc or Torquay Patrolled Surf Beach as well as the main restaurant & entertainment precinct and quiet spot tucked away from the main road. Backs onto RACV’s Torquay Golf Resort which also includes restaurants and the luxurious One Spa facility. The complete holiday package! Check in and check out conducted with no person-to-person contact.

The space
The property sleeps up to 7 family members with two queen beds, one double bed and single bunk. There are two very spacious living areas, fully furnished kitchen as well as two outdoor balconies entertaining areas upstairs plus downstairs with rear garden. For colder days there is a gas fire to keep you extra cosy, DVDs and games for all ages and 2 super sized TVs - upstairs & downstairs - for a movie night or to stream your favourite series (just BYO your login). There is also a double lock up garage. It is down the golf course end of the townhouses so further from the road & subsequent very quiet.

Liability Waiver: You understand that as a two storey property with no gate the top or bottom of the stairs (with handrail) you accept full responsibility of any bodily injury arising from any use of or access to the stairs. Please request any further details you may need regarding the stairs.

Note: Schoolies booking on a case by case basis, message with request.

Parking - in addition to the double garage, there is parking on the Great Ocean road, Hoylake Avenue and also at the RACV Resort carpark behind the complex which can give closer access from the back of the property next to the golf course through the walkway.
