The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. In just 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the beach and the spa promenade with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Right next door is the spa park.

The space
The small apartment is newly renovated and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. It consists of a bright living and sleeping room with kitchenette, a separate bathroom with rain shower and a large southwest balcony and has everything ready to make you feel comfortable.

The bright living and sleeping room with large window front has a comfortable double bed (1.60 m), a cozy bench, a small dining table and a shelf for sufficient storage space for your luggage. In addition, a smart TV and the possibility to darken all windows with blackout blinds for a pleasant sleep.

The new kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will find everything you need for cooking.
