Welcome to my sunny top-floor home in Sea Point. It’s a cosy 1-bed apartment with a king bed, dedicated home office and fast 100 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi (with inverter for load shedding), making it ideal for business travellers, digital nomads & remote workers.

Just one block from the Promenade and Sea Point Pool, and a short walk to cafés, restaurants, Mojo Market and Bootlegger Specialty Coffee Shop, Safe, central, and perfect for work or relaxation, it’s my favourite place to unwind by the ocean.

Perfectly located just 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean, my top-floor apartment is ideal for digital nomads, remote workers, couples, and solo travellers seeking comfort, style, and a premium location.

Bathed in natural light from three sides, my apartment features original wooden floors, high ceilings, and thoughtful decor throughout. From both the living room and bedroom you’ll enjoy beautiful views of Lion’s Head, which is a daily reminder that you're somewhere truly special.

Since the pics were taken, I have a new couch.

This is my home, please enjoy and respect it.

I suggest a beachfront walk every day 😃 and watching the sunset at the end of the street.

Sea Point is close to the beach and easy to walk to shops, cafe's, gyms yoga studios and restaurants.

The sunsets at the end of my street so you can end every day with a sunset walk along the beach front.
