The space
The property has a fun story! We set out to build a cabin during the pandemic! As a Designer-Carpenter duo, we decided to create a sustainable home by re-using and up-cycling materials, equipment and furnishings to divert “waste” materials from the landfill! Almost everything you see in the home is second hand and you would hardly know the difference! With the help of friends and family we built a highly efficient structure using the newest technology of SIPs (structural insulated panels) which absorb carbon and provide the home with a high insulation value!
The home is two stories with a walkout on the front at the lower level. As you walk into the lower level, you will find a large entry way with closet, three guest rooms and one 3 piece washroom with laundry.
The upper level is warm and inviting with wood ceilings, and beautiful large windows for plenty of natural light. It is comprised of the main living space; kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom, and main bathroom which has dual access from the living room and master bedroom. This 5 piece bathroom features a large freestanding bathtub. Bubbles provided! Off the upper living room is the deck from which you have views of surrounding areas and the lake. The kitchen and dining room have views of the outdoor pool area, green space and playground. The kitchen bathroom and master bedroom have uninterrupted views of the country side. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware.
**BBQ/Smoker**
The rear patio, accessed from the staircase, features a Vermont Castings Smoker (electric pellet grill) and a Baker Stone BBQ with integrated side burner, flat top, and interchangeable Pizza Oven!!
This house is uniquely private with no immediate neighbours.

Guest access
Access to the home is granted through a key pad at the back door.
Fob is require for access to the clubhouse and pools. $150 deposit is required for fob use. This is fully refundable upon return of the fob.
We can grant additional access to the shed for $100/day.
We can grant additional access to the golf cart for $200/day, valid driver’s licence and vehicle insurance required. No kids aloud to drive the golf cart!
