An apartment with an incredible ocean view in one of the best areas of Mojacar Playa. Beachfront, third floor, a 77 sqm apartment with a beautiful terrace where you can relax overlooking the ocean. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a wonderful view of the beach, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a laundry room and a very spacious living room where you access the terrace. Space designed for families, we have toys.

A very suitable space for families, it is in a quiet area of Mojacar but with many services just below the floor, such as bars, restaurants and beach bars, ATM, mini supermarket and several shops. The beach in front of the apartment is a favorite of families with small children, there are two coves where the water is not very deep and a very wide beach where people can enjoy without being attached to each other.
Just two minutes walk you can find some of the best beach bars, Tito's for example is one of the first beach bars, a visit is worth it! There are several bars and restaurants (with English, Spanish and Mexican cuisine). Surely we can't forget the Italian Alberto Ice Cream Shop, where they serve wonderful homemade ice cream and delicious desserts.
Do you want to do something different at night without burdening yourself in crowded places? Stop by the Luz BAR, Dany will enchant you with its cocktails and vast selection of gin.
Two minutes away you can also find a couple of mini supermarkets.
