A amazing location for your ski or summer holiday, this well presented flat is just 500 metres from Fleckalmbahn gondola.

The picturesque town of Kirchberg in Tirol is 1 kilometre away with regular ski busses serving the area. Equipment hire is available from Intersport at the gondola station. The Aquarena (swimming pool) in Kitzbuhel is 8km away.

If the summer the local swimming park is a short walk away and there is hiking, mountain bike tracks and restaurants on the door step.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens to a patio and outside area.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, hob, a fridge including freezer, toaster, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine.

Bedroom one has a new rollout sofa bed, kitchenette and access to the patio area. There is also a wardrobe and drying rack.

Bedroom two has twin beds and a wardrobe.

The apartment is 35 metres squared.

There is a ski cellar and a heated ski boot room which can also be used as a bicycle cellar in summer.
