Neighborhood Respect
Our cabin is nestled within a peaceful, established residential community. For the safety of wildlife, pets, and other guests, please drive less than 15 miles per hour on neighborhood roads.
The creek is beautiful and we look forward to your enjoyment- please use approved community access points at the community park on Shady Lane between Springwood Rd and Scenic Dr. Please do not trespass on our neighbors property by going through their yards to access the creek.
Please note that disruptive behavior or noise complaints may result in fines up to $500, and could lead to an immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without a refund.
Outdoor String Lights
To let you enjoy the evening ambiance, our outdoor string lights are programmed to automatically illuminate at 6 pm and turn off for the night at 11:00 PM.
Security & Peace of Mind
For your safety and property security, we utilize exterior cameras monitoring the front door, yard, driveway. Please rest assured that there are absolutely no cameras located inside the home.
Party & Event Policy
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood, parties, large gatherings, and unapproved visitors are prohibited. This property is designed to be a quiet, restful retreat for respectful travelers. There are noise sensors that report out decibels of sound (no audio recording) which will alert us to consistent out of range noise.

Mountain Weather & Travel Protection
Because high-altitude mountain weather can change rapidly, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling options for delays or cancellations caused by snow, winter storms, or driving conditions. For your financial protection, we encourage selecting Airbnb's Trip Insurance during checkout (typically under $50), which provides coverage for severe weather, illness, and unexpected travel interruptions.
BBQ Grill & Wildlife Safety
A propane fire table and barbecue grill and fuel are provided for your outdoor enjoyment. We ask that you kindly wipe down and clean the grill after use; a $50 maintenance fee will be charged for grills left dirty or greasy. Additionally, to protect our local wildlife (including bears, deer, and raccoons), absolutely no trash, food leftovers, or coolers may be left outside overnight.
Fair & Transparent Cleaning Policy
We work hard to keep our standard cleaning fee as low and fair as possible. Extra cleaning surcharges are only assessed in rare instances where the property is left in a condition that significantly exceeds normal, respectful use. This policy ensures total fairness for all guests and guarantees the home is always immaculate for the next arrival.
