The space
Sunlit, newly renovated, 2-bedroom loft in the center of the charming old town Rovinj.
Located in the pedestrian zone - a maze of cobblestone streets - the loft could not be better located, nestled between restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and a farmers market.
the apartment is equipped with a flat-screen tv, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a coffee machine, an induction stove, a fridge and dishwasher.
Up a steep flight of stairs, on the fifth floor of a traditional building built in the early 1800s, each room has sea or city views. Your mornings and evenings will be filled with the sounds of seagulls, and incredible sunsets from the second bedroom.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a farmers market, a bakery, grocery stores, a butcher, and a fish market. Croatia is not known for this but has some of the best pizzas you'll ever eat.

A comfortable transfer with an electric golf cart from the parking spot to the apartment (and back) is available upon request, at an additional cost.
