In Summer, our waters tend to lay flat. In Winter, waves pick up and world-class surfing can be had. Marina Beach, a 7 minute drive, offers calm waters year-round.
The master offers a traditional king bed. The other bdrm features 2 twins convertible to a quasi-king. By booking here, it’s assumed 2 twins are preferred unless you write 48+ hrs before arrival to specify otherwise.
Other things to note
We are located on the 3rd floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.

We're located in Rincon's famous Puntas neighborhood, where you'll find the amazing Sandy Beach in our backyard as well as a few within-walking-distance restaurants. The famed bar/restaurant Tamboo, recently named "Best Caribbean Beach Bar" by USA Today readers, is a mere 3 minute walk down the beach. Over 80 additional restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
