Private studio apartment in the Village of Suttons Bay. One half block off Main Street, just across from the beach and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

The space
Private studio apartment (480 sq. ft.) with queen size Murphy bed and queen size fold out sofa. Full bath with sink, shower and tub. Full kitchen with stove, microwave and 12 cubic foot refrigerator. Reverse osmosis water at kitchen sink for purified drinking water. Air conditioning. Wifi and Cable TV. Dressing/work table with AC inputs and USB cell phone charging outputs. Host provides soap, shampoo, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows and coffee service.

Hi, I retired from Blue Cross of Michigan after 35 rewarding years. My wife, Cheryl, is a retired high school teacher. I continue to work in the health insurance field as an independent agent. Cheryl is continuing to stay busy working part time and volunteering. We vacationed in northern Michigan prior to moving north and were fortunate to move our family and careers here in 1994. We enjoy golf, downhill and cross country skiing, bicycling, hiking and boating. Our sons are very musical and we enjoy their performances at local venues.
