This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 5 bed, 4 bathroom condo offers a blend of luxury and comfort, making it the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. Whether you're skiing, hiking, boating the chain of lakes, or simply relaxing by the fireplace or enjoying the indoor/outdoor pools, this condo is your home away from home. Located near popular destinations including Traverse City and Petoskey.

The space
1,650 square foot condo with plenty of sleeping space including four double beds on the main level of the condo and a queen bed in the lofted bedroom. The four full bathrooms will definitely make morning routines easier, and the updated kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Plus, having parking on-site is a big convenience.

Beach Access: Just a short 5 minute drive away, you'll find the pristine beach for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying lakeside activities. At the beach club you'll find a pavilion, gas grills, bathrooms, kitchen, play ground, boat dock, and lounge chairs. There is free public boat launch right next to the beach club. You can rent a Pontoon from the local Riverside Maria or paddle boards and kayaks from Peddles and Paddles in Bellaire (they deliver to the beach club). Extend your day at the beach and catch the sunset! Beach club hours are from 9:30 to dusk.

Prime Location: Situated next to the Lakeview Hotel, you'll be within walking distance to dining, golf, snow tubing, Shanty Town, and all the outdoor adventures Shanty Creek has to offer. At the Lakeview hotel is where you'll also find the indoor pool and hot tub along with the seasonal outdoor pool.
