Guest access
You can explore the trails all around the mountain. These trails are remote and ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking. Be sure to watch out for snowmobiles and ATVs if you’re hiking the trails!

There are neighbours near by but the property is very private. Take a right from the front door to the ATV trail and stay right to head downhill, you’ll find sawmill creek about 1km down. This is a nice little shallow creek the and water is very clear.

Other things to note
Firewood will be provided for the wood stove but not the fire pit (you can use what is available on the property).

The nearest restaurants and larger grocery stores are more than a half hour drive so please make sure you pick up supplies on your way to the mountain.**

We are the first cabin on Sawmill Creek Road (a dirt road), look for the large blue house with white fence to find the road and you will see the road sign.

We have neighbors, please be courteous!
No hunting within close proximity of residents (see hunting laws).

Fishing, swimming and beautiful views available at a local river about 15 minutes away called crooked creek. Hiking or a 4x4 is necessary to get there. Other rivers are accessible in the area.

Note that we are in rural NB, there is wildlife around the cabin, birds, deer, rabbit, and yes mice and squirrels. They usually stay out of our home, but should you have any issues please notify us right away. We like to live in harmony with the animals and don’t trap or kill unless necessary. Oh and there are bugs of all kinds, please keep the doors closed.

**New guided fly fishing trips offered in the area by Fast Eddy Fly Co. Message us for details!
