Costa do Sauipe, where our condominium is located, is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space. In addition, the village of Sauípe is close to the resort and close to the condominium, with many options of bars and restaurants, being a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it has the balance between tranquility, rest and a variety of leisure options.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 70 km.

Small pets are welcome.

We have a market and pharmacy that deliver to the house, and you don't have to worry about leaving the comfort of your peace.

As we are in a gated community, we have rules regarding the volume of sound. Up to 70 decibels are allowed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and up to 55 decibels after 10 p.m. until 7:59 a.m.

Under no circumstances use glasses or glass cups in the pool area!!

The condominium regulations will be sent to guests before entering the house.

Fines incurred during the stay will be passed on to the guests responsible for the rental.
