Late Check-Out Policy (Subject to availability and approval)
Check-out by 1:00 PM – 25% of the nightly rate
Check-out by 2:00 PM – 50% of the nightly rate
Check-out by 3:00 PM – 100% of the nightly rate
All late check-outs must be approved by the host in advance.
Electricity & A/C Usage for Longer Stays:
For stays of 7 nights or more, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of electricity usage, as energy costs on the island are high. Our rates include standard A/C usage, based on guests spending most part of the day exploring Aruba or working remotely.
If you plan to stay indoors most of the day, with the A/C left running continuously 24/7, especially while you're away from the property, not only can it lead to a daily electricity surcharge of $15, but it may also cause the motor to overheat. In such cases, any damage caused by improper use of the unit (including a full replacement if needed) would be the responsibility of the guest.
