The breathtaking view of Söğüt Bay begins the moment you step inside and can be enjoyed from all living spaces in the main house as well as from the separate guest house. With its spacious private grounds, pool, convenient parking and independent guest house, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting to enjoy Söğüt.

This layout is particularly comfortable for families or groups of friends travelling together, offering plenty of space to spend time together while also providing privacy when needed.
Outdoor area and pool:
The property has spacious private outdoor areas, sea-view terraces and a swimming pool. The pool measures 4 x 9 metres and is 150 cm deep. There are areas around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing.
Private parking:
The property has a private parking area accessed through an automatic garage gate, with ample space for several vehicles. Parking and vehicle access are particularly convenient for guests travelling with two cars.
The sea is approximately 500 metres away as the crow flies and 900 metres by road. The central location also provides convenient access to local shops, restaurants and everyday necessities.
The defining feature of Saranda Inn is the spectacular Söğüt Bay view, which can be enjoyed from virtually every living space rather than from just one particular spot.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire 1,100 m² property and all areas of the house throughout their stay.
The main house, separate guest house, garden, terraces, swimming pool and private parking area are all exclusively available to the guests. The main house and guest house are located within the same private garden and can be easily accessed from one another.
The swimming pool and outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the property. The private parking area is accessed through an automatic garage gate and provides ample space for several vehicles.
There are no shared areas with other guests during your stay.
Other things to note
Our house is equipped with a solar energy backup system in case of power outages. The system switches on automatically and continues to provide power to the lighting, refrigerator, selected outlets and some of the air-conditioning units.
Pets are not allowed. To help keep the house and garden clean, comfortable and suitable for all guests, we kindly ask that stray animals are not brought into the house or regularly fed within the garden.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the veranda and in the outdoor garden areas.
To prevent blockages and keep the plumbing system working properly, please do not flush wet wipes, sanitary pads, cotton products or similar items down the toilet. Waste bins are provided in the bathrooms for these items.
White towels and bed linen are intended for use in the bedrooms and bathrooms only. Please use the pool towels provided for the pool and outdoor areas. Sunscreen and similar products can cause permanent stains on white textiles, so we kindly ask that white towels are not used after swimming or for outdoor use.
Our air-conditioning units are inverter systems designed for energy-efficient operation. During hot weather, maintaining a stable temperature around 24°C can be more efficient than repeatedly switching the units off and on. Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running and avoid excessively low temperature settings. These small measures help reduce energy consumption and contribute to a more environmentally responsible stay.
