Nestled directly on the west coast main road, this cottage has its perks. Hop onto a bus and get to the many amenities of Holetown in just 5-7mins. Stroll to a nearby minimart in just 3mins.
Although on an active main road, most of the noise is drowned out once the door is closed and it is surprisingly quiet at night.
Lounge in the backyard which offers an inviting oasis of relaxation where you can enjoy family meals under the stars.
The space
The main entry leads into the living area which has a
- Comfy L-shaped couch (sofa bed)
- TV
- Dining table with bankette (ideal for meals and playing board games)
There are two (2) Ensuite Bedrooms:
- The primary suite towards the rear has a queen bed and TV.
- Opens out to an idyllic courtyard (with covered lounge, outdoor dining, lounge chair).
- Bedroom 2, towards the front of the house, has a bunk bed (with full bed at the bottom and twin at the top).
The Kitchen features:
- stove/oven
- microwave
- coffee maker
- electric kettle
- crockery & cutlery
Laundry Closet:
- washer & dryer
In terms of parking there is:
- a driveway (best suited for a very small car)
- car port (for larger vehicles).
