Next to the Convent of Santa Clara, founded in 1238, this comfortable and cozy exterior apartment, recently renovated, has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, separate kitchen and all possible amenities, in one of the most central areas of Salamanca.

The space

Nestled inside the historic center of the city, next to the Gran Vía de Salamanca, it is an excellently located area where all cultural and leisure attractions are a few steps away. The city's first round is at the end of Calle Santa Clara, ensuring quick car access.
Although this is a quiet and noise-free area, just a few meters away we find the most typical streets and buildings of the city, fully pedestrian areas where new and old coexist under the sunny terraces of cafes.
