Welcome to Sandy Bottoms Cottage Rentals at Sylvan Beach!!

Bask in the picturesque view of Oneida Lake in our modern beachfront Sandcastle Duplex. It is Sandcastle #3. Located in the heart of Sylvan, right next to Harpoon Eddie’s!

The space
The upper level of our Sandcastle Duplex is perfectly sized with two bedrooms - the first bedroom has a full size bed and the second has a bunk bed - full bottom and twin top (weight limit is 150lbs on top please.) The cozy living area has a loveseat, dinette, and television for some inside entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and refrigerator. All pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are provided. We offer free WiFi, cable TV, and AC! Charcoal grill available (you are responsible for supplying charcoal & cleaning after use.)

Bring your own bed linens, pillows, towels, wash cloths, and toiletries as these are not included.

A private shared parking space that accommodates 1 or 2 cars is included. Parking is past the pavilion, behind the bank. Also, on-street parking is available.

No need to check-in as there is a coded entry. We will give you the code before check-in.
