The space
Samui Sunset 22G is the only secluded private villa in the Horizon Villas Development. It is a free standing villa with no adjoining walls, is quiet and has the largest Garden and grassed area and is a single level with no stair access. There is one step up onto the terrace, where a ramp can be provided for mobility issues.

Other things to note
All monthly Bookings and special reduced rates are offered a substantial Discount off the advertised price. Please note water and electricity use is payable to the Management Company at the end of your stay for all discounted and monthly plus bookings, so you only pay for what you use.
Once per week cleaning and Linen Changes are provided for all bookings. if you would like these more often, it can be provided for an extra fee.

A Private Chef is available for you from only 1500THB plus food costs depending on the menu selected

In-House Massage Services are available from only 600THB

The Honeymoon/Anniversary package is available for that special occasion or celebration from only 1500THB. The villa will be romantically decorated with a Fresh Fruit Plate or Cake and a Bottle of Sparkling Wine in an Ice Bucket.

Choeng Mon is a very family oriented village. The beach has the whitest sand on Koh Samui and is very safe for young families.
There is no late night noise around the apartment.
