Sam Star- located in prestigious Southern Hills. Totally secluded, log cabin w/ long winding concrete drive. Covered decks on 2 sides w/ rockers. Can't see other cabins. Flat level yard w/ fire pit, outdoor furniture, horseshoes & charcoal grill. Flat level parking to bring boat/ATV trailers. National Forest is only 10 ft from property. A very romantic getaway that guests return to time & again.
Sleeps 4 persons maximum. Base rate up to 2 persons. Additional persons are $12 per person per night.

The space
Sam Star includes an indoor pool table, WIFI, 2 smart TVs w/ a Roku adapter, 1 DVD player, washer/dryer & is pet friendly.
Living area has smart tv w/ a Roku adapter & DVD player, electric ceramic log stove, queen sleeper sofa & love seat.
Downstairs full bathroom w/ sink, shower & toilet.
Pool room includes pool table. small bar area w/ 2 stools & 2 closets.
Kitchen has a pantry, electric range/oven, frig, dishwasher, microwave, Mr. Coffee maker w/ 4 filter coffee packets that is 4 cup, Keurig coffee maker w/ 8 k-cups, toaster, crock pot, electric can opener, dinner ware & cook ware.
Upstairs bedroom area with king bed, smart tv w/ Roku adapter, covered balcony w/ patio table & 2 chairs (10 feet from U.S. Forestry) & walk in closet.
Connecting master bathroom with sink, shower/tub combo & commode.
Utility room w/ washer/dryer.
Side covered deck area with private hot tub & table/chairs.
Front covered deck w/ 2 rocker chairs.
Pet friendly, sleeps up to 4 persons.

Other things to note
Sam Star has an inclined concrete driveway, If pulling a boat or ATV trailer it is better to have a 4WD vehicle. The concrete driveway is a little steep but a 2WD vehicle can navigate it easily.
The pet fee is $30 per night per pet. 2 pets max.

Well...started my cabin business in 2007, building one cabin at a time in the Southern Hills area at Hochatown. It has been a great experience & definitely enjoy it. Now there are 6 cabins from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. My husband & I live in the area & manage the cabins. When finding time, love to fish, ride our side by side in US Forestry, garden, enjoy nature, paint & read.
