This is a private house located in a quiet village in Samdali. We tried to reduce the interior decoration as much as possible to embrace the garden coming in through the window. Sit on the sofa and look at the pine forest. Or take a walk to the beach, which is 5 minutes away. The way from the beach to Sincheon Mokjang is a great running course. Feel the touch of a double wooden bed for two, a 100% cotton pillow cover, and a soft blanket. We paid special attention to the bedding so that you can rest comfortably. There is a closet to keep your clothes tidy. There is also a television so that you don't miss it.
It is ideal for 2 people to stay, and up to 2 additional people can be admitted. Additional 1 minute (children included) 20,000 won will be added per person. (For a total of 4 people, 190,000 won + 40,000 won, 230,000 won per day) Bottled water and 1L coffee capsules are provided as welcome drinks.
The kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, kitchen utensils, Dronge electric kettle, refrigerator, and microwave oven for simple cooking. There is also a convenience store within 5 minutes, so you can do simple shopping.
The space
It is a red brick house in the style of a Swedish log cabin with a high floor-to-ceiling height. The whitewashed wall and bright wooden floor soothe your heart. From a simple design bedroom, a kitchen equipped with induction and various furnishings, to a dining table and a warm sofa facing a window where you can sit comfortably and have a conversation. Enjoy the tranquility of a real home that you couldn't feel at home.
Guest access
It is a private house for exclusive use, and you can enjoy the garden right in front of the accommodation. However, please note that there are two accommodations in one building, so the gardens are connected. There is a rooftop, so you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening with Hallasan Mountain in the background. Parking is available right next to the property building.
Other things to note
1. It is in a small town and adjacent to a neighboring house, so outdoor barbecue is not possible.
2. Indoor cooking is possible, but please refrain from cooking food with strong smells (grilled pork belly) for the next guest.
3. No smoking allowed indoors.
If cleaning is required due to smoking, it will be cleaned by a professional company and you may be charged for it.
4. Accommodation with pets is not possible.
Please be considerate of other guests with rhinitis, allergies, or atopy.
5. It is a detached house with a garden.
We're working on disinfection, but occasionally insects can get inside through the open door.

6. We are not responsible for the theft of valuables. Please lock the door when entering and exiting.
7. Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong smells and smoke, such as fish or pork belly, indoors.
