We're a stylish 6-bedroom villa in the heart of Batu, perfect for groups and family getaways. We offer Starlink high-speed internet, a rooftop hot tub jacuzzi with breathtaking 360° mountain and city views, a BBQ area, and professional in-house staff available 24/7 to make sure your stay is seamless.
Please note: no swimming pool. Max occupancy: 20 guests (extra charge for every person after 11 guests, including children, extra beds not included).
The space
SAMA House spans 3 levels:
Level 1 — 2 spacious king bedrooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, pantry & laundry.
Level 2 — 4 bedrooms (3 king + 1 single), smart TV 4K with Netflix, cozy living room & terrace.
Level 3 (Rooftop) — hot tub jacuzzi, 2 sitting areas with panoramic mountain views, mini-gateball & BBQ.
All bedrooms are en-suite. Includes 11 breakfasts, fresh fruits, eggs, traditional welcome drink, karaoke & Starlink WiFi.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the villa freely — from the comfortable bedrooms and shared living spaces on Levels 1 and 2, to the rooftop jacuzzi, BBQ area, and mountain-view sitting spots on Level 3. The fully equipped kitchen, private terraces on multiple levels, and laundry facilities are all yours to use anytime.
The only areas off-limits are the storage room and the security post, both on the ground floor. Outside of those, the whole villa is yours — make yourself at home!
Other things to note
• Base rate: up to 11 guests including nanny/driver and children, with breakfast included. Extra guests: Rp145,000/person/night (breakfast included, extra bed not included). Maximum total: 20 guests.
• Children aged 2–12 are counted as guests.
• Extra breakfast: Rp25,000/portion.
• Extra beds for rent: Rp60,000/bed/night (up to 8 — includes pillow, bolster, blanket, towel & amenities pouch).
• No smoking indoors. No pets. No alcohol.
• Parking for 4 cars & 24-hour security included.
