Discover the magic of North Finistere in our charming Breton house lovingly renovated, fully equipped, with a splendid view of Morlaix Bay from the patio and bedrooms. The port of Pempoul is down the street at 500 m, the beach and the famous islet Sainte Anne at 1 km, the historic center of Saint Pol de Léon and its shops at 10 minutes walk. And if you want to stay at the house, the garden and its furnished terrace will welcome your barbecue evenings with friends.

The space
Our 90 m2 house is a stone building from the early 20th century, with a small extension built in the 80s, all completely renovated in 2020. The ground floor accommodates a large dining room with wood burning stove and sofa convertible into a comfortable bed for two. You will also find the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, bright bathroom with shower, and a toilet. On the first floor is a bright bedroom with two single beds and views of the Bay, and a toilet. On the second floor, the furnished attic accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, and two velux offer you unobstructed views of the Bay of Morlaix. Outside, there is a small south facing terrace at the front with armchair and coffee table for aperitifs in the sun, and a large garden in the back, with terrace, outdoor kitchen, garden furniture for 6, and charcoal barbecue. Bed and bath linen are provided.

The house is suitable for children (games and books), and adapted and partially equipped for very young children and infants (crib).
