This is a private treehouse featuring a comfortable bed, clean linens, and essential amenities for a relaxed stay. Built with natural materials, the treehouse offers a warm, rustic feel while ensuring comfort and safety. Ideal for guests who love nature, quiet surroundings, and unique stays.

Guests will have access to their private room and common outdoor areas.

🏞️The property also offers access to a nearby riverside trail, where guests can enjoy peaceful walks and nature views. It’s a lovely spot to relax, take a stroll, and connect with the natural surroundings. ‼️Guests are requested to be careful near the river and avoid visiting after dark for safety reasons.

🅿️ Roadside parking is available with good space. It is safe, and we personally park our vehicle there as well, so guests can feel comfortable and secure.

The property is a 200-meter downhill trek from the main road. Porter service is available at ₹150 per bag for up & down carrying.

Other things to note
The property is located in a quiet and natural environment, shared with local birds and animals. We kindly request guests to respect the surroundings and avoid loud noise. Soft music is welcome.

🚬 Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Kindly avoid smoking in open common areas.

🌱 We would truly appreciate it if guests avoid bringing plastic food items, as plastic can harm the natural environment around us.

🍲 Fresh, home-cooked meals are available at the property, prepared with care and love (available on request and chargeable).


⚡ Electricity & Power Backup:
We usually have 24-hour electricity. In case of a power outage, generator backup is available during essential hours to support lights and Wi-Fi, room heaters and water heaters will not operate.

🥾 Access & Luggage:
The property is a 200-meter downhill trek from the main road. Porter service is available at ₹150 per bag for up & down carrying.

👨‍🔧 Caretaker Availability:
A caretaker stays on the property and is available to assist
guests whenever needed.
