The space
The Living Area: After a day of exploring the Rockies, unwind in the open-concept living area where the plush leather seating features quiet power-recline for ultimate relaxation. Whether you’re curling up with a book by the window or enjoying a movie night, the living area ensures you never lose sight of the stunning mountain views.
The Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped for the "mountain chef", the kitchen features everything you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a flavorful dinner.
The Loft: A versatile, airy space perfect for morning yoga, a quiet remote workspace, or simply a secondary lounge area to watch the clouds roll over the mountains (yes, still visible from the loft!). Yoga mats and blocks provided. The twin sized daybed also features a pull-out trundle bed, perfect for situations when all four guests want to sleep in separate beds.
The Bedrooms: Retreat to two cozy bedrooms featuring premium memory foam mattresses—one king and one queen—outfitted with plenty of pillows and blankets. Both rooms include individual thermostats, allowing you to customize your sleeping temperature for a perfect night’s rest independent of the rest of the house.

Step outside onto the deck, which serves as your private observatory for some of Colorado’s most iconic scenery.
On a clear day, you can spot SEVEN different 14,000-foot peaks. Peer out across the horizon to find the jagged silhouettes of Mount Bross, Mount Democrat, Mount Sherman, Mount Harvard, Mount Princeton, Mount Antero, and Mount Shavano. Sunset over Horseshoe Mountain is a majestic spectacle to witness. The dark skies of Fairplay offer incredible stargazing opportunities right from the deck.

This is a true mountain retreat. Expect quiet nights, frequent wildlife sightings (keep your eyes peeled for elk and deer!), and the kind of stillness you can only find at 9,000+ feet.
Winter Access: 4WD/AWD is suggested during winter months.
The Road: The final 1/3 of a mile to the house is a well maintained gravel road. The entire road and driveway to the house will be plowed regularly in the winter.
EV Charging: A Level 2 Universal EV Charger is available on-site. To help us maintain this amenity, use is available upon request for a small additional fee. Please message me prior to your arrival to arrange access.
