Guests have access to the entire property except the garage, and hallway bathroom closet, which is used for the owners’ personal storage.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete a verification process via Truvi prior to arrival.
Process: Truvi will contact you via email/text. Please complete this early for a seamless check-in.
✅Damage Protection: You will have two options to choose from:
1️⃣$500 damage waiver ($35 non-refundable fee).
2️⃣$500 hold on your credit card ($10 non-refundable fee).
✅Booking Requirements
🎂Age: By booking, you confirm all guests are 25+ years old (unless accompanied by a parent/guardian).
🔎Paperwork: Please review house rules. A simple lease agreement may be required before check-in.
🎥Security: For your safety, the property features exterior security cameras. No parties allowed.
