Guests have access to the entire property except the garage, which is used for the owners’ personal storage.
Other things to note
By submitting your reservation you are confirming that you are 25 years old or older and that all of the guests are either 25 years or older, or any who are under 25 are with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
The TRUVI damage waiver / hold is required. There are two options for protection, you only need to select one. You may opt in for a $500.00 damage waiver for a $35.00 non-refundable fee or elect for a $500.00 hold on your credit card for a $10.00 non-refundable fee.
Please review and accept house rules prior to checkin. Additionally, We may require a simple lease agreement to be signed prior to check-in.
