If what you are looking for is a quiet little corner in the middle of nature to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, work listening to the birds singing or enjoy leisure days with the family, we have the ideal destination for your next trip!
Our house is inside a farm where you can admire flowers, birds, an incredible sunset and a spectacular starry sky. A cozy home for couples or families of up to 4 people.
The space
The house has a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony with two decks overlooking nature.
Upon prior approval, it is possible to host more than 4 people for R$ 150.00 per person/per day. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 more people.
The farm has a small trail for walking, a soccer field (you need to bring a ball), swings, parking, fireplaces, fruit trees and much more - the ideal place to enjoy nature without going too far from the city. The property is just 5 minutes from the city, where you can find markets, pharmacies, gas stations, convenience stores and much more.
For children, in addition to the soccer field, we also have a blackboard on the wall, where they can have fun with chalk (adults can too!).
The house has a spa for 4 people, as well as air conditioning in the living room and a portable heater in the bedrooms. It also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. On the balcony, a small portable fireplace, for which we provide firewood.
If you want a complete experience, we have a larger fireplace, outdoors, for which we can provide a "fireplace kit" (blankets, bowls and firewood). Note: Upon reservation and payment of a one-time fee of R$80.00
We offer: basic dining utensils, wine glasses (glass for the indoor area and melamine for the outdoor fireplace), barbecue utensils, pots, water filter, towels, bedding and blankets for the number of people staying, Smart TV in the living room.

Guest access
This is one of the houses that is inside a farm, and you can explore it at will during your stay. The farm is a rural space, so you can bring your pet, taking care that it does not run away and respect the other guests of the property.
Getting there is very simple: the entrance is via the highway, there is a stretch of paved road and 800 meters of dirt road.
We don't have any animals in the space, so if any animals show up, they're probably from the neighbors! Don't feed them and don't let them into the house.
Other things to note
We have internet on site, so if you need to have a meeting or work online, it's possible.
Remember that the farm is in a rural area, so although it is very rare, there may be unforeseen events such as power outages, especially when it rains a lot. In any case, due to the proximity to the city, these challenges usually last a short time and are resolved quickly.
There is one more house on the property, approximately 100 meters away, with an exclusive entrance. Therefore, even if there are other guests on-site during your stay, you will have your privacy. The outdoor spaces are for common use.
No smoking inside the house and no use of the space for commercial photo shoots and events.
We are extremely concerned with the maintenance of the space and nature, therefore, we value the care of the houses, plants and the correct disposal of garbage. Guests are asked to respect the rules of the space and the nature of the place.
The house has a continuous monitoring service.
