The ground-level apartment "Fritz" was modernized in autumn 2023. Spacious rooms, partly with original floorboards, 70 m² and for 2+2 people. Parking space on the premises. Very easy to reach from the highway and a first-class starting point for your trips to the city center or the beach. It is about two kilometers to the Ostseestadion and KTV. The apartment is one of only two units in the house - both are vacation apartments. The house itself is a striking brick building with Bauhaus elements. You have your own entrance. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a full kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom.
