After arriving in Gatlinburg—to a previously booked Airbnb that had a broken HVAC system—we panicked and wondered what would come of our family vacation. We quickly came upon Cara and Josh’s cabin and reached out to them. They got their beautiful place ready for us within hours, and truly saved our trip. We felt so lucky to have found their place.
