✣ We are an off-grid property that uses 100% solar energy, a septic system. Although we have a great system, we ask that you use electricity responsibly – turn off HVAC and unnecessary lights when you go out.
✣ The space is completely private for your use on a 5-acre property. Other structures on the land are for storage only.
✣The Hot Tub may lose heat and use a lot of power if you don’t keep the cover on when it is not in use. Please make sure the hot tub cover is always on.
✣ Our pool and spa services are twice a week
(usually Mondays and Thursdays, it takes about 10 minutes and will be performed in the outdoor area only.
✣ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs.
