If you require building parking, please let us know in advance so we can assist with the reservation. Building parking is available for ₱350 per 24 hours, subject to availability.
🛍️ Paid Parking at Ayala Malls Serin – approximately ₱350 per overnight stay.
As an alternative, street parking is also available nearby:
* 🚗 Cars: ₱50 per overnight stay
* 🏍️ Motorcycles: ₱20 per overnight stay
Rescheduling of stays:
For rescheduling of stays due to unforeseen events, please inform us at least 3 days prior to your dated check in. Availability of dates are subject whether dates are booked by other guests.

• To access, proceed to the concierge and register as guests under the owner, just message if it needs details
• Please follow building rules and proper use of shared amenities
During your stay
• Message us anytime via Airbnb for concerns or questions
• You may also contact our caretaker for on-site assistance

• 🍳 Light Cooking Only – Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors (e.g., dried fish). Always clean the kitchen, cookware, and utensils after use.
• 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
• 🔇 No Loud Parties or Loud Music – Please respect other residents by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime.
• 👥 Registered Guests Only – Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the guest list.
• 🛏️ No Tampering with the Beddings – Please do not remove, relocate, or rearrange the beddings, mattress, pillows, blankets, or other bedroom furniture. Kindly leave them in their original setup.
• 🎒 Personal Belongings – We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• 🏠 Take Care of the Unit – Please treat the unit, furniture, appliances, and other amenities with care. Any damages or missing items may be subject to corresponding charges.
• 🧹 Clean As You Go – Kindly dispose of your trash properly and leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition before checking out.
• 💡 Turn Off Utilities – Before leaving the unit, please switch off the air conditioner, lights, TV, and other electrical appliances.

A ₱1,000 penalty will be charged for every violation of the house rules.
