Renovated 3 bedroom entire walkout basement suite right on the Raven River....cross the bridge and walk for hours on the trails or grab the rod and try for some world class brown trout fishing! Dip your toe in on a hot day! Located just off Hwy 54 west of Spruceview AB. We are on the door step to the West Country. Enjoy evenings on the patio around the fire....just a warning you'll want to come back again!

The space
This beautiful property is set on 160 acres of mainly large spruce and poplar. The spring fed river is clean and clear, with great fishing and a slow peaceful float in the summer, and miles of snowshoeing or cross country skiing in the winter! The bedrooms are bright and clean with room to sleep up to 6
individuals. Access the river at your own risk. There is another airbnb cabin unit next door and we do also operate a group camping area nearby.

Guest access
This is a basement suite. It has a private walkout entrance. The upstairs is the home of the host.

Other things to note
The space has 5 beds total. Depending on configuration you can sleep 5 individuals, or 2 couples and 3 singles. A cot is also available if needed. And while we love our pets, we have chosen to keep the rental space pet free.
