Our home is located bordering cities such as; Dallas, Plano, Addison and Carrollton in a quiet treelined residential neighborhood. Access to other cities is amazingly easy with President George Bush Tollway and Dallas North Tollway only are 1-2 miles away. Within a 1/2 radius, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, laundermats, and parks. You'll love our place! It's a beautiful neighborhood and convenient to get around. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.

The space
Royal Oaks is your private room, have a closet to keep your belongings and equipped with a laptop friendly table and chair. A full bathroom is in the corridor next to the room and is shared with another guest. A book shelf with assorted books are kept for your reading pleasure. Please use our dining table to have your food. In the dining area a mini pantry is set up with Fridge, Keruig coffee machine, toaster and microwave, paper cups, plates and other accessories for your use.

Guest access
Guests can access the living room, kitchen and the TV room. Complimentary coffee and snacks are available. Please help yourself!

House rules:
-Please park your vehicle right in front of the house between two of the mailboxes. (Please do not block the mail boxes for easy access to postal service)
- No shoes in the house.
- Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time begins at 11 p.m.
- No smoking indoors or around the perimeter of our home/property.
- People other than those in listed guest party are not permitted to stay overnight in the property.
- Laundry Washer and Dryer is available.
- No housekeeping services are provided. Towels and linens are provided in the bathroom.
- All of the units are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or around the property. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Please place used towels in the laundry basket, double‑check that all lights and the thermostat are turned off, and make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items. Leave keys or access cards in the room itself and send a quick message to confirm departure.
