The space
Welcome to our beautiful little holiday cottage, situated in the calm of a relaxing private residential park. Ideally situated, 1 hour's drive from Nantes airport and 10 minutes from the fabulous wide sandy beaches of the Atlantic ocean, you will experience the delights of French living. Enjoy a relaxing "apéritif" on the sun drenched south-facing patio or a leisurely evening stroll in the surrounding woodland. You will love the spacious, light fully equipped accommodation of a modern, kitchen diner and 2 generous bedrooms. Please contact me, Julie if you wish to rent bed linen or bathroom linen. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire step-free ground-floor accommodation. The mezzanine is not accessible to guests, but it can be used to store luggage, providing more space and easier manoeuvrability. Car parking is directly in front of the cottage providing easy mobility friendly entry. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation which, to compensate is reflected in the low rental prices this year. However the relaxing, woodland park still remains at your disposal for leisurely walks, tennis and "boules" and beautiful sunsets. Bonnes vacances!

For your shopping needs, Saint-Hilaire holds its market on Sundays, and Saint-Gilles on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
In the square in front of the Saint-Hilaire Church, all the shopkeepers are ready to help you find everything you need.

In this 14 hectare park where each dwelling is individualized , you will enjoy contemplating the centuries-old trees.

The environment

Take advantage of a long stay to extend your visit to Nantes, as public transportation—bus and tram—is free on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you'd like, why not spend a day at France's premier theme park, Le Puy du Fou? Book your tickets in advance, as the park is extremely popular, and you’ll be captivated by the magic and quality of the shows. We are located a 1.5-hour drive from the large Puy du Fou park.
Here are some ideas for combining Land and Sea during your stay at Rose Cottage without breaking the bank and for getting away from it all in our beautiful region.

Getting around
Whether you come by train or by car, you are 10 minutes from the city center (SNCF train station: Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez Centre), and our favorite option is to use the bikes, which let you avoid traffic and enjoy the safe bike paths that take you to all the beaches, shops, and amenities.
