This is a beautiful cottage, recently refurbished for 2025, sharing the same courtyard as our dwelling. Comfortable and in a quiet setting surrounded by unspoiled countryside. Suitable for couples, solo travellers, keen hill walkers or cyclist ot as a base for relaxation in nature.
Perfect location to explore North Tipperary, East Galway & West Offaly.
Ideally located 50 min from Shannon airport and 2 hours from Dublin airport. We welcome all nationalities.

Other things to note
We would appreciate if guests consider not smoking, including vapes inside property. Not to place waste in the loos as here in the countryside our bio-cycle sewerage unit cannot digest Nappies, Towels, Wipes etc, just the usual limited amount of Toilet paper. Bin provided. During certain weather conditions especially during winter, we may experience power outage or freezing pipes, its never for too long and we do our best to find solutions if this may occur. Thank You in advance.

Our cottage is set in a quiet rural area and generally people are friendly and helpful. You'll probably meet more animals on the road than people. Plenty of wildlife to include Cows, horses, donkeys, sheep, pine-martin, mink, Buzzards, hawks and our friendly fox visitor who you may come across on your stay. Explore some beautiful walks nearby to include "Devils Bit", "Latteragh forest" and a visit to Nenagh or Roscrea. 20min away is well worth while for some eating out.
