The Rose Cliff House comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests, offering a blend of comfort and luxury across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room is designed to maximize natural light and provide plush bedding, ensuring a tranquil and rejuvenating night’s rest.
In addition to the four bedrooms, there are multiple other sleeping areas with comfortable mattresses.

The modern bathrooms complement the experience with heated floors and a heated towel rack. The main floor features two full bathrooms with standing shower and tub. The en suite boasts marble floors, a tub with garden views, a large standing shower, and antique sink cabinets. It includes a wine cooler, heated towel rack, heated floors, a chandelier, and elegant glass doors.
The basement has two bathrooms, one of which features a full tub, standing shower, and toilet. While the other bathroom has a sink and standing shower, but NO toilet.
-KITCHEN & DINING-
There is a full kitchen on each floor. Both kitchens feature a gas stove and oven, dishwashers for easy cleanup, microwaves for quick meals, ample storage spaces, and a fridges with a freezers. You'll find wine coolers and all the necessary dishes and cookware at your disposal.
The main dining area has beautiful patio doors and windows facing the water. Features a stunning marble table for 8, elegant lighting, and stylish fixtures, creating a bright and inviting space for meals and gatherings.
For an even more scenic dining experience, guests can also enjoy their meals on the deck, where they can soak in breathtaking views of the Puget Sound.

There are three living spaces. The two primary areas are furnished with antiques and plenty of seating. The main area features natural light from south-facing windows, views of Mount Rainier and the Puget Sound. Vaulted ceilings, a large TV with audio system, indoor fireplace, and hardwood floors.

Parking options include ample public parking along the cul-de-sac street and driveway parking next to the Airbnb entrance, which accommodates one car width-wise. Guests are requested to avoid blocking neighboring driveways and should park near the carport entrance without driving too far into it, due to its narrow width. This ensures convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.

• WILDLIFE NOTICE •
As part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest environment, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other insects both inside and outside the house. The lush plants and flowers around Rose Cliff House may also attract bees and wasps in the outdoor areas. For your convenience, insect spray is available in the kitchen drawers should you need it.
Additionally, it is not uncommon for local wildlife, including a family of raccoons, to wander through the vicinity.
