Roseanna Cottage is the perfect destination for your next getaway. This purposely built cottage has been tastefully decorated to offer a unique mix of modern comforts and farm yard charm. Surrounded by lush farm land the property has wonderful views of the nearby bush and from the back deck complete with BBQ you can listen to the sounds of neighbouring animals, including sheep, cows, alpacas. Why not take a picnic lunch into the bush and enjoy the surroundings.

The space
The cottage is located on a 100 acre farm and close to local wineries, cafes & parks. A short drive to the villages of Exeter, Bundanoon, Moss Vale and Berrima. The main residence is far enough away for you to enjoy peace and quite. Rest assured it will be sparkling clean, fresh and ready for your stay. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining or cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and on a cold evening you can curl up in front of the slow combustion fire place.

Guests will enjoy their own space on our farm. Enclosed back yard. Room to stretch your legs and enjoy the rural aspect of farm living. Adjoining paddock is the perfect place for picnic. If guests require any assistance or have a question, we are available and provide our phone contact upon check-in. Happy to assist to ensure your stay is perfect.

Other things to note
HEATING
The cottage has a wood slow combustion fire. The fire is set up upon arrival for easy starting. Let us know your time of arrival and we will have it lit for you. All wood and fire starters provided. Bedrooms have electric heating and all beds have electric blankets.
