One of the best buildings in Tucacas is now the Los Roques Building, as it has a remodeled and always clean pool area, and is also quite large with a Toboggan. It has a children's playground in perfect condition and also a turtle sanctuary area. In the beach area there are churuatas (beach huts) and areas to play soccer and Creole balls.

Located 10 minutes from the pier. The building does not have a power plant but it does have an elevator, although sometimes it is not working.

Inside the apartment we have Cylindrical Tank for the cases in which the water is going. Integral air, heater. 43” smart TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. The TVs have Magis TV and YouTube.

Pets are accepted but only inside the apartment. In common areas they will take it out. Inside the apt we only accept 1 or 2 small ones. They must notify it from the start.

We have WiFi!! 64mbps Fibra Optica download speed. Gas stove (no oven) equipped with a blender, microwave, coffee maker, and, of course, pots and pans. They should bring their coffee, sugar, salt and oil. And dishwasher.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is laid out as follows: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room. We do not count with Planta Eléctrica. Neither with a dryer.

IMPORTANT: The shower is narrow; it's a small space. If you prefer a large shower and door, then you will find this shower uncomfortable.

In the room there is a double bed and in the living room there are two single duplex sofas so 4 people would sleep there. Everything comes with pillow sheets and covers.

The bathroom is located in the hallway outside the room. They must bring their towels, shampoo and soap.

It features a hammock and a spectacular view of the common areas. You see a lot of palm trees nearby and you get to hear and see the pool and caney a little.

Check-in and check-out times must be met. If they come in after 4pm there is an extra charge of $10. They also pay bracelets in surveillance $5 per person, this is the norm and it is paid by all those who are not owners.

Beds are delivered with linen. Tenants must bring their towels and blankets.

We provide 1 toilet paper, the guest must bring all their personal toiletries.

Guests must bring their own coffee, sugar, salt and oil. Some sites include this, but by doing so, they have to raise operating costs and raise the final price that the guest ends up paying. We are not offering it for now in order to provide you with an affordable lodging price.

You have to pay for bracelets $5 per person, it's a one-time payment. This is charged on the day of check-in.

It is not a 5-star resort or hotel. We do everything humanly possible to offer the best service. It is not a building suitable for guests with hotel demands.

If you arrive after 4pm you will pay an extra $10 for the cleaning lady's taxi. If you arrive from 8pm to 9:30pm it is $15 and if you arrive from 9:30pm onwards it is $20. This is for the wait of the lady who, in addition to paying the taxi, must be paid for her time. Our normal check-in time is from 2pm to 4pm, only that interval.
