Get away from it all in this simple bunkhouse made with wood siding from trees milled on site.
With a full and twin mattresses, it is Bring Your Own Bedding so come with sheets, pillows and/or sleeping bag. The structure is heated. Private outhouse near-by, bring a flashlight.
Large window, covered deck, outdoor seating and fire ring give you space to commune with nature.

The space
Located about 19 miles south of Duluth, MN, our working farm (Locally Laid and Farm Lola) is 45 acres and has over 400 chickens seasonally from mid-April to mid-October.
During the summer, we operate the first US-based commercial honeyberry farm with a 10-acre honeyberry orchard that also includes strawberries and blueberries.

-outdoor rinsing station (think shower)
- handwashing station
- Picnic Table
- fire pit
- some fire wood
- portapotty
Leashed dogs are welcome October through mid-April with approval.
Guest access
An outdoor rinsing station (think shower), potable well water, and a handwashing station is available in season (April-Oct.).
We offer at-cost gym passes $6 to the nearby Carlton Wellness and Fitness. There you can workout, enjoy a sauna and, of course, shower.
Local adventures include bike trails, Jay Cooke State Park, Lake Superior and Duluth.
