Welcome to Roos & Beek

The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We have completely renovated the former bakery in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can begin.

The space
Through the private entrance, you enter the spacious cozy living/bedroom with an old oak floor. There is a comfortable double box spring bed, and you have a TV with Netflix available. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi. The seating area where you can have breakfast or play a game overlooks the meadow with goats. The cozy kitchen is equipped with all the comforts. The Nespresso machine or a cup of tea is waiting for you. But an oven or microwave is also available. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and spacious sink. Behind the house is a large canopy with a private seating area with lovely unobstructed views. You can also store and charge your bikes here. A barbecue and outdoor stove complete the picture.

Our beautiful farmhouse is located on the east side of the Veluwe in the outskirts of Vaassen.
Vaassen is in the middle of the city triangle Apeldoorn/Zwolle/Deventer, but other Hanseatic cities such as Zutphen and Hattem are also well worth a visit. From Roos & Beek there are several routes to walk or bike: e.g. to the Kroondomeinen to spot wild or towards the IJsselvalley for the vast landscapes. You can also walk within ten minutes to the village of Vaassen with the beautiful Cannenburch Castle or to the cozy market on Saturday. Those who love a day of wellness can visit the Veluwse Bron in Emst (3.5 km).
